What Narrativ is
Narrativ is an interview-driven project governance tool. It collects structured project updates through guided interviews and maintains a reviewable record of project facts over time.
Accounts
Narrativ is invite-only. Linx creates accounts for named people at customer organisations. Narrativ does not use passwords. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your work email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
Ownership of your data
All project information your organisation enters into Narrativ belongs to your organisation. We process it only to provide the service. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it for any other purpose. On termination we return or delete it at your request.
Acceptable use
Use Narrativ only for its intended purpose, and only with the accounts issued to you. Do not attempt to access other organisations' data, test the service for weaknesses, or disrupt it for other users.
Service level
Narrativ is under active development. We provide it with reasonable skill and care and keep automated backups. We do not currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. Specific commitments may be agreed in a customer contract, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will notify customer contacts of material changes before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
